Payments
Payments are processed via Mighty Networks payment partner, Stripe. The monthly subscription fee is charged once per month (approximately 30 days from the day you originally subscribed).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Confidentiality
I agree to keep all my fellow participant’s identities, stories, and personal information strictly confidential.
Boundaries of This Offering
I understand that this Community is not therapy or psychological counseling and is not a substitute for the treatments or services ordinarily provided by health care professionals for physiological or psychological complaints. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the practices, and teachings, offered in this Community. If I need or desire medical treatment, therapy, or psychological counseling, I will seek it from a licensed provider. I confirm that I am well physically, psychologically, and emotionally, and commit to being responsible for my own well being during, and after, the course of my time in this Community.
Media Release from The Focalizing Institute
From time to time The Focalizing Institute and its representatives will utilize calls, videos and materials from the community in creating content for The Focalizing Institute. Before doing so, Focalizing Institute representatives will ask for permission to share materials and outline exactly where and by whom these materials can be viewed.
Sharing Materials Agreement
No screenshots, images or verbatim material can be posted outside of this group.
Original content, inspired by the Focalizing Practitioner Community, is permitted as long as the material is not directly copied word for word.
Confidentiality of community members and community shared materials must be maintained at all times.
