Hello! My name is Malia. I am a native Hawaiian, mother of 6. I am also a somatic regression and plant medicine guide. The challenges in my life brought me face to face with my own 'self' that desired to been seen, understood and resolved. Having been a consumer of various healing modalities, knowing first hand that they work, I had great desire to help others as well. I have pin-pointed the modalities that resonated and helped me most. Using the combination of somatic work learned in Focalizing, and meditative exercises learned in DMP Regression, I help guide you into the deep knowing held within your own body to discover where the most optimal points in your timelines desire healing. If plant medicine calls to you, I incorporate the above methods to create a space for the medicine to be able to expand deeper into your personal healing.
