Lauren O'Hara
Lauren is deeply passionate about Focalizing's power to guide folks towards wholeness and self-acceptance. Drawn to supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ experiences, she creates compassionate, gentle spaces for exploring identity and releasing shame. Lauren often integrates tarot and creative practices into both 1:1 and group work, centring curiosity, play, and intuition as core elements of our journeys towards a greater felt sense of embodiment and aliveness.
