Mira Megs Lathrop
Mira's journey over the past two decades has been marked by significant contributions to organizational change, especially within financial institutions.
Her pioneering work in developing empowerment programs, along with her skill in training and developing coaches and facilitators, has elevated leadership within notable companies such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Capital One.
She has directly impacted over 10,000 individuals, focusing her coaching and training efforts on female CEOs, Founders, and Senior-Level Executives striving to make a profound difference in their industries.
Holding a B.A. in Global and International Studies with an emphasis on socio-economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Megan further enriched her expertise by obtaining a Master's Degree in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Her background as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) and Certified Money Coach (CMC™) complements her vast experience as a business consultant, trainer, and facilitator of dynamic dialogues.
Megan's passion for advancing conversations about creating an inclusive world has been evident through her hosting of various programs, podcasts, panels, and interviews.
